It's that time of the year. The seville oranges are out and about so marmalade must be made .....
Matt thinks my marmalade is the best! And he is a marmalade fanatic! So lets get prepared. It's a recipe that I have used as a base for years but tweak slightly each year.
And this year it seems to be the best ever.
And is now safely stored away in my newly Spring-cleaned pantry ......

How the sky can change ...... it constantly changes, hour by hour, day to night, night to day ....... a beautiful sunset can give promise of an azure blue horizon ......
Views can be numbed by the throat biting smog of Asia ...............
Whilst in the mountains of Australia great landmarks can be totally obliterated by low swirling mist .......
Other days can be shrouded in thick depressing cloud .........
But it all makes each and every day different and exciting in their own ways ....... but I think we all dream of that endless blue ................
Happy New Year .............................. it has been weeks since I have looked at any blogs let alone adding to mine. December was a whirl of preparing for Father Christmas, knitting presents for friends, wrapping and dispatching, organising the pets for their holidays, sorting the house and emptying the fridge and pantry in readiness for our Christmas adventure down-under. And what an adventure it was too - despite our first attempt to leave the country was thwarted by the snow. But more to come over the weeks .............. have only been back a week and still trying to get back into the swing of day to day life .............
